TYPE OF SOIL: Medium, calcareous.
VINEYARD SYSTEM: Typical Trentino's simple pergola.
SPECIAL RULES: Integrated viticulture according to the agreement with the
Trentino's office record.
WINTER PRUNING: very pure with 25 gems per block.
GREEN PRUNING: 3 during the actual season.
PRUNING: 4 concentrated in summer time and one before harvesting.
HECTARE PRODUCTIVITY: 80hl.
GRAPE HARVEST: Last 10 days in October, entirely manual, of grapes coming
exclusively from our vineyards.
WINEMAKING: Cold maceration of must upon contact with the skin until the
achievement of the desired heat with monitored temperatures of 25°C.
FERMENTATION: In steel INOX tanks for 6 months
BOTTLING: Following spring after grape harvest.
DESCRIPTION: Rosč quickly refined wine, ruby bright color with a fine
inviting flower bouquet of rose petals. Dry, soft harmonic taste. It matches
with typical regional foods and with all summer dishes.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12° - 14° C.
FOOD MATCH: It blends well wit pizza and soft short aged cheeses.
DURATION: 2 years of bottling.
