GRAPEVINE VARIETIES: 70% Trentino Chardannay and 30% Sauvignon Blanc.

SPECIAL RULES: Integrated viticulture according to the agreement with the
Trentino's office record.
WINTER PRUNING: very pure with 25 gems per block.
GREEN PRUNING: 3 during the actual season.
PRUNING: 4 concentrated in summer time and one before harvesting.
HECTARE PRODUCTIVITY: 60hl.
GRAPE HARVEST: Second 10 days in in September,entirely manual, of grapes
coming exclusively from our vineyards.
WINEMAKING: soft pressing and praise most fermentation directly in barrique
of 2acacia ungherese".
FERMENTATION: In barrique di acacia ungherese per 5 mesi con batonage
settimanale e 12 mesi di affinamento in bottiglia.
BOTTLING: Following spring after grape harvest.
DESCRIPTION: Straw yellow colour. A complex and aromatic fragrance with
smells of citron, mint and sweet citrus blends. A full wide and fruity
flavour typical of a big kind.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14°C
FOOD MATCH: It matches well with delicate dishes of the International
cuisine such as grilled fish and carpaccio meat of Trentino.
DURATION: 5 years of bottling.
