PRODUCTION ZONE: the town of Brogonzòl pp.ff. 117, 117/3, 116 the municipal
area of Nomi (TN)
GRAPEVINE VARIETIES: Trentino Chardonnay, small grape, cone-shaped winged
trunk. Medium-small, round yellow-gold grape, clone francese 75-95.
TYPE OF SOIL: calcareous and slime-sandy gravel of morainic origin.
VINEYARD SYSTEM: typical Trentino's simple pergola with 4.000 vines per
hectare and Guyot with 6.500 vines per hectare.
SPECIAL RULES: integrated viticulture according to the agreement with the
Trentino's office record.
WINTER PRUNING: very pure with 20 gems per block.
GREEN PRUNING: 3 during the actual season.
PRUNING: 4 concentrated in summer time and one before harvesting.
HECTARE PRODUCTIVITY: 60hl.
GRAPE HARVEST: first 10 days in September,entirely manual, grapes coming
exclusively from our vineyards.
WINEMAKING: soft pressing and praise most fermentation at controlled
temperatures of 20°C.
FERMENTATION: In steel INOX tanks for 5 months and 7 months in bottle.
BOTTLING: Following Spring after grape harvest.
DESCRIPTION: Strong Straw yellow colour. Intense fragrances that remind
flowery and fruity. Sensations:golden apples from Trentino, bananas, apricot
and honey. Wide, lively taste of a good softness and last persistence.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12°C
FOOD MATCH: Due to its complexity and recognised elegance, it comes to
combine first dry complex and entrees, shellfish sea fish, fish soup, fresh
tender cheese.
DURATION: 4 years of bottling.
NOTE: White wine of extraordinary quality from the experience and
perseverance that the Grigoletti Family puts in to the Chardonnay grape,
tilled inside a natural amphitheatre of a mild climate.
