PRODUCTION ZONE: hills in the municipal area of Aldeno and Nomi (TN).
GRAPEVINE VARIETIES: Marzemino, Merlot, Lagrein, Cabernet Franc e Sauvignon.
TYPE OF SOIL: Medium.
VINEYARD SYSTEM: Typical Trentino's simple pergola for 4.000 vines per hectare.
SPECIAL RULES: Integrated viticulture according to the agreement with the Trentino's office record.
WINTER PRUNING: very pure with 25 gems per block.

GREEN PRUNING: 3 during the actual season.
PRUNING: 4 concentrated in summer time and one before harvesting, only selecting the loose clusters coming from the raisinig in vineyards and in case.
HECTARE PRODUCTIVITY: 80hl.
GRAPE HARVEST: First 10 days in October, entirely manual, of grapes coming exclusively from our vineyards.
WINEMAKING: Soft pressing and most fermentation in contact with peels in special oak vats with frequent grape pressing.
FERMENTATION: In French oak barrique for 24 months and 24 months in bottle.
BOTTLING: 24 months after grape harvest.
DESCRIPTION: Garnet red intense color, with ripening fruity blends, jam and strong, plum, blueberry,sour black and undergrowth cherry features. Soft, light balsamic wrapped aromatic and persistence taste.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18°C
FOOD MATCH: Special and precious wine for meditation to appreciate with chocolate, jam cakes and with small short pastry Confectionery.
DURATION: Exquisite wine to lay down.
