PRODUCTION ZONE: the town of Mezzaprada pp.ff. 2573, 2574, 2575.2577/l, 2577/2, 2578 the municipal area of Aldeno (TN)
GRAPEVINE VARIETIES: Trentino Chardonnay, small grape, cone-shaped winged trunk. Medium-small, round yellow-gold grape,clone SMA 130.
TYPE OF SOIL:  calcareous and slime-sandy gravel of morainic origin.
VINEYARD SYSTEM: typical Trentino's simple pergola with 4.000 vines per hectare and Guyot with 6.500 vines per hectare.
SPECIAL RULES: integrated viticulture according to the agreement with the Trentino's office record.
WINTER PRUNING: very pure with 25 gems per block.
GREEN PRUNING: 3 during the actual season.

PRUNING: 4 concentrated in summer time and one before harvesting.
HECTARE PRODUCTIVITY: 80hl.
GRAPE HARVEST: first 10 days in September,entirely manual, grapes coming exclusively from our vineyards.
WINEMAKING:  soft pressing and praise most fermentation at controlled temperatures of 20°C.
FERMENTATION:  steel INOX tanks for 5 months.
BOTTLING: Following Spring after grape harvest.
DESCRIPTION: flat straw yellow colour with greenish tints. Intense and persistent fragrance with fragrant and fruity flavours of yellow apples embodied by vegetable touches.Dry lively taste of a sweet softness and final harmonic persistence.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12°C
FOOD MATCH: perfect as aperitif, it blends well with thin appetizers, dishes based on fish and delicate soups.
DURATION: 3 years of bottling.
